The human body cannot make its own Omega-3 and 6 Essential Fatty Acids (EFA) and it can only produce Omega-9 in very limited quantities. Yet Omega Oils are vital to good health. Omega-3s (Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA) and Omega-6 (GLA) are essential for maintaining the cardiovascular and nervous system and for healthy skin. Omega-9 (Oleic Acid) supports a healthy vascular system. Omega Oils help maintain a healthy heart, joints and skin.
