Write-up on stone kidney is informative and useful for people to know and apply to use the advice given. I believe in natural healing as there are lots of fresh fruits and veggies which can eliminate the toxins in our body. The tropics have tons of fresh and radiant fruits and vegs which I have used them to cure some of the symptoms. Provide us with more on the subject of healing etc.
Hi El,
Here is a recent testimonial from a happy HCBL Customer in regard to the Kidney Cleanse:
Thank goodness for your company and great products! I have used several items. One of my most notable positive outcomes resulted from using the Kidney Flush. After suffering for quite a while, saw a Urologist. After tests, he stated I was bleeding from my kidney for some unknown reason. No medicine was prescribed. I began taking your product immediately and felt relief within two days!
Sincerely,
L. Shaw – Aberdeen Ohio

Hi Violet,
We source our herbs from all over the globe. Many are simply not grown here in the USA. Thank you for your interest!

I would like to know where your supplements come from. Are they grown and produced in the U.S.A. or are they imported?
Good morning Azrial,
Yes there are many things you can do to get your hair in better shape. Good hair begins with good nutrition, but supplementation is also very helpful. I would recommend our Hair Builder http://www.hcbl.com/product/Hair-Builder/ as well as (and this sounds gross) putting full fat mayonaise on your hair as a pack for 20 min. Cover in a plastic bag and heat lightly with a hair dryer to help it absorb. Additionally rinse with beer (and then cool water) to add shine. If you live in an area where a weed called horsetail grows, pick some, boil and strain. Let the water cool then use that to rinse your hair with. It will also add amazing shine!
Sincerely,
HCBL
Is there anything that can be done for dry, brittle hair?
Great advice! You actually covered some great things in this post. I came across it by using Bing and I’ve got to admit that I already subscribed to the RSS, will be following you on my iphone
Hi Phyllis,
It sounds like you may have what is called Tonsil Stones. Tonsil stones, despite the name, are not actually stones… or even hard at all. Your tonsils are little pockets in the back of your throat which collect debris from food as well as excreting toxins from your body. When they get clogged the form small white/off white globs. Take a q-tip and wet it. Gently poke against the wall of the tonsil with the cotton swab to dislodge the stone. They range in size from tiny white grains of sand to that of a large green pea. They are not harmful in anyway, though they can make swallowing feel uncomfortable like you have something stuck in your throat (which you do). Try not to swallow them (after all your body is doing all it can to get rid of this substance). Gargle afterwards with warm salt water to help heal any irritation.
Hi HCBL – i have these odd little white things growing in the back of my thraot. They dont hurt. but i dont know wht they are…. do i need a dr.? a dentist?
Good afternoon Nana Beth,
Yes! There are alternatives to taking Tylonol PM for sleep. Tylonol pm contains acetaminophen along with a sleep ingredient. If you are not in pain, there is no reason to take anything containing acetaminophen which is hard on the organs. We ask that you consider more gental natural alternatives such as our “Sleep like a baby” “Valerian” or “Meletonin” which relax your body allowing sleep to come naturally.

Zeus,
Thanks for asking! Yes it is true. Many many people could benefit greatly from colon cleansing. The average american has anywhere from 5 to 25 lbs. of built up and stuck undigested matter and waste lingering inside of them. Colon cleansing will be a blog topic coming up soon, so keep reading!
Sincerely,
HCBL

Is it true that people have undigested food stuck inside of them? or is that just a myth to get fat people to buy stuff?
Hi there Pam,
Thank you for asking. Ingrown and thick toenails can be very painful. I unfortunately have had this issue once myself — caused by an excessive love of high heels. 1st recommendation is to make sure your foot wear fits properly. That it is comfortable and not binding. We all love sexy shoes, but wearing them only for special occasion is best. Once you do have an ingrown nail the best thing you can do, if not too incredibly painful, is to try to remedy it yourself at home. Soaking your feet in a warm salt water bath (not iodized salt, but sea salt), for 15 to 20 minutes can help to soften up the skin, relieve pain and also swelling. Wear cotton socks rather than nylon as they are more breathable or if possible wear sandals. Taking an over the counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen may also help. Tea Tree oil applied topically daily should help to clear up any infection. Just swab it on with a cotton ball or Q-tip. Here is the part that is the most difficult as I know this can be painful…. using a nail file or tweezers pull the skin away from the nail clearing away any excess dead skin and clipping the toe nail to the point where its no longer sharp or jabbing any longer. Stuff small pieces of cotton between the toe and the nail after applying some antibiotic ointment and if you must go out, bandage it up if not leave it open and let the air get to it. Soaking in salt water and a few drops of tea tree oil daily should help significantly. If you see signs of infection – redness, swelling, increased pain or even drainage of pus please do go see your podiatrist.
As for thick toenails – thickening or yellowing of the toenails is generally a fungal infection. It can be passed from person to person easily and is no reflection whatsoever on your personal hygiene. Once you have it, its a tough thing to treat. You can buy liquid or cream treatments over the counter and there are oral medications, but with those they can have unwanted side effects. Tea tree oil is sometimes effective enough depending on the severity of the condition. Nonyx Nail Gel, recommended by podiatrists, helps break down and clean out the dark or yellowing keratin debris that can build up under nails. Nonyx, an all-natural ethanoic acid gel, takes a two-pronged approach to restoring unsightly thickened nails, penetrating the nail plate while lowering pH levels to establish a hygienic environment for new nail growth.
We wish you the best of luck and hope this has helped to answer your question.

and once your nails are healed (we do not recommend using this until then, but once they are this product will keep them in tip top shape!)

What can I do about thick toenails? How about ingrown toenails while I’m at it?
Thank you, Pam
